the hotel is located very close to shops and restaurants a pâtisserie is just around the corner i used for my mornings the team at the hotel helped me out with directions and printed maps to guide me they also called taxis when needed. every staff member greeted me with joy and a willingness to assist in any way they could i needed hot water every evening and the staff provided it in a teapot asking if i needed extra tea cups. the room was super clean and the decor was very parisian the bathroom was big and the shower had a seat

i found one electrical outlet that did not work properly it was a minor inconvenience but worth noting

the location was excellent near public transport. the front desk staff was helpful and sweet. i appreciated the blend of updated features and classic paris charm in my room.

i noticed three electrical outlets in room 14 did not work. the wi-fi signal was weak throughout my five-night stay. i had hoped for stronger connectivity .

Jeanne at the front desk offered excellent service. She provided helpful tips and demonstrated true kindness . I also appreciated the hotel's prime location for accessing many sites. It served as the perfect home base for exploring the area. The room featured unique decor and met all my needs for a comfortable stay.

The in-room WiFi signal was occasionally weak. I hope improvements are made to ensure consistent connectivity.
